Love this theme of finding things that fill your cup @Chasingsunsets. I agree, a definitive mood booster when feeling relatively flat is noticing small things in the day, as ordinary as they may seem. I always find photographing those moments, I always cycle back towards them in reflection.

For me, a battery recharge is always a pilates class, some flower/view photography, trying a new recipe or sipping a turkish tea , I might also add in painting a fresh pair of nails 💅

How special you bumped into your friend who likes to notice things in nature on their walks as well. How wonderful it sparked you to reflect on your gratitude in the little things 🌸✨️🌻

@ENKELI, yessss we have had so so many galahs, cookatoos even black cookatoos and corellas. I feel like we have big numbers atm not sure why. They make a racket that’s for sure I know when they are flying over hehe. I love when they put there crest up so cute!! Oh and a new clinic, that’s awesome, I hope you are happy there, definitely a big highlight when you find a good gp!

@Chasingsunsets it's been pretty lowkey today, which I don't mind. Cooking a mild chicken curry in the slow cooker today and went to the fruit market to top up the fruits. Trying some ruby kiwi fruit this week. Like changing it up here and there.

I start gym at the hospital next week, so Mondays will be somewhat more tiring 😅
