complaint - okay there’s a very nice person called Alan who runs the local cafe with his wife who just had a baby - I just want to say iv bought baby presents their workers Christmas gifts his wife presents but he keeps on asking me to buy this or that - should I change cafes or should I just laugh at him and drop ‘ a bit needy now the babies come along ?’

We have birds in the tree out the front and from time to time they keep swooping my cat. They must have been nesting or something, but my poor cat couldn't go in the front yard without being swooped. I think mum said they are a miner bird. I could have that name wrong though, with my memory.

I will keep your message up so I can look at the picture once it loads and see what I think it is. If I remember, I will try and take a photo of the tree that the bird like and see if anyone knows what sort of fruit it bears that the birds love.

Ohhh @PeppyPatti that must have felt horrible. When I searched it on google, it also came up with possible treatments, so when you are feeling up to it, perhaps have a look, at what could be possible, so you can discuss it with your therapist next time.

But just take it easy for now, that research can wait for another day. Just look after you for now my sweet.

I don’t think iv been mental health ill like this for the past 20-30 years

I woke up a few days ago and it was like ide been living a dream. I thought oh I sacked my therapist but I couldn’t remember when but I just kept on writing to her.
she just sent me back an edited version of a letter ide written to the local hospital how wrong medically they had assessed me for, seeing. Neaurologist and I remember staring at it not understanding the red writing feeling scared looking at them. I haven’t been speaking ide been yelling

@PeppyPatti This stuff with your Dad could be too stressful for your mind to process, and this is affecting you in various ways. I am so sorry you are going through this horrible time. It must be confusing for you. I hope your therapist and get on top of what is going on and help you.

That is so kind of you to give gifts to the local cafe staff and wife of the owner. I think it is a bit rude of him to start requesting certain items. He should just be thankful, that he has a customer who is so caring enough to give a gift at all. It is a bit of a tricky situation, if his requests are starting to make your feel uncomfortable, I would definitely change to a different cafe. I am not one to confront people, so I wouldn't really know what you could say to him, to let him know that his requests are not welcome. I suppose it boils down to how much do you like the staff and the service you get there. As you would probably find once you start going regularly to another cafe, the staff will get to know you and become friendly there too.
