Hi @AuntGlow I saw my daughter on Monday for a few hours. I buy kangaroo mince for all the cats, and then divide it up into 60-gram bags so it is easy for my mum or sister to pull them out of the freezer to feed the cats. Since I seem to be feeding the stray cat as well my sister gave me some money to buy a bigger bag of mince. So, I purchase a 5kg bag of mince and I sat there with my mum and daughter having a good talk with her and catching up, while we divided up the mince.

I have now given my daughter the 1800 RESPECT and the Kids Help Line number to put into her phone in case she needs them.

I nearly needed the 1800 RESPECT or police phone number last night as my partner came home drunk and didn't like a comment I made about the tea he had gotten for me. And from that point on he was shitty and saying some horrible things, which I returned suit. Then when he got into bed and the arguing continued, and he spat on me, and I lost it. We ended up in a physical altercation, and I then left the caravan and slept inside for the night with a few bumps and bruises. He was all apologetic today, but I am still not happy with what took place. His drinking is becoming a real problem.

@REDLINEZ750 I love the phoenix. To me it symbolises the rising from the ashes, which is a way is what we are doing. I want to get a tattoo of one somewhere, just haven't decided what tattoo to get or where to put it. Somewhere that doesn't stretch or shrink as I gain or lose weight.

I have purchased these phoenix coins to inspire me to keep going.

@AuntGlow I realised when I replied to your previous message that I didn't answer all of your questions.

Yes my diamond dots has arrived. But I want to finish colouring the small picture I was doing first. But I will definitely tag you in once it has finished.

I have 4 tattoo. Mainly with butterflies. One with my daughter's name, one that reminds me to breathe in case of a panic attack, one that reminds me "this too shall pass" which I use as a remind the the good times will pass, so treasure the moment. And the bad times will pass, so weather the storm. The last tattoo had two butterflies, one in memory of my girlfriend who died from breast cancer and the other one is in memory of my partner who passed away.

I spoke to my partner about his behaviour the other night and he agrees that his alcohol consumption needs looking at, and action needs to be taken. So I will nail him down tonight to see what he thinks needs changing, so the other night never happens again.
