ohh yeah that’s true about the long posts haha, they do overwhelm me too at times (whether it’d be most or some times depending on my capacity) and yeah with that I at times do tend to support it without responding either it’s because it’s overwhelming to respond to it or if others have responded or if I just don’t bother to for whatever reason ❤️

Last night, @Mustang67 wrote something that was very very vulnerable.

I felt omg. This is me. In my circumstance my husband gets angry and he yells.

I have gone into deep dive

What can I do

Why I need help because he yells

He sleeps in until midday because he can't cope..........

And I felt this overwhelming feeling that

I don't want this anymore. I don't want this

In my life anymore.

But @Mustang67 feels embarrassed she might feel she's said too much.

Thanks we all have these dynamics around us which are very tough. My husband - I only just discovered - astrologically means his shortcoming is that he yells a lot.

It's very tough I feel so isolated. And I tried to manage this but I'm not strong.

I hated how my therapist dealt with it it was wrong.
