My ego is very good. As I accepted at only 58 years old that I'm so f......... Great that I have had therapy since 1984. And my sons two of them - have many problems, they are damaged probably from parts of my Parenting but they both have intelligence to get support.

For all the time I got problems the ' I'm a nothing,' comes from a very loved understanding of me. I was, Married to someone who was diagnosed with schizophrenia and my present husband and I are his unpaid carers. Actually we were spending time with him this morning.

This is his mantra which is sad, poignant and said in such a fresh way it's sort of become some little joke between us three.

Oh, I recognise that she was saying some things I felt I won't put up with anymore.

Maybe I need a break a big big break from her but I think k it's over.

My problem is that when I can't cope and I get depressed, I shut down and block everyone and everything out. When this is the exact time that I should be on the forum getting support from wonderful people like you. I need to retrain my thinking when I can feel the depression coming on.

Thanks @SaltwaterSoul it was good, it turned out quite well I guess, I'm finding it hard to appreciate anything right now, my cycle is more or less derailing everything and I'm feeling like a bit of a failure with everything. My head is also constantly feeling like it's buzzing and it can't stop. I don't know if it's anxiety or medications or what..

I'm hoping for better days. I've sort of withdrawn into myself a little bit because I feel so overwhelmed

@PeppyPatti that's exciting, it's always nice to get your hair done, do you have a particular style you are going for?

Wow, 22 years is a good commitment! I have yet to truly find someone who really sticks, I always feel like I'm just another person who they have to deal with... but it's probably all in my head. Although I do try my best to give it a chance. This is probably where my downfall is...
