I don’t really join this discussion much as I feel like I’m intruding and don’t usually have highlights lately.

But I do today.

I actually slept well

I spoke to my best friend on the phone.

I don’t nothing this morning and was ok with that (I usually beat myself up)

I just weeded to garden beds that I have been putting off for weeks.

Ooooh yes @Chasingsunsets I have tried that yoghurt it is soooo good! I had a really scrummy dairy free dark chocolate sorbet today and enjoyed a sweet cake yesterday with my mum. I can't have too much normal ice cream because sometimes it gases me up 🤣🤣

I worked this morning at Vinnies, and a friend came over for a cuppa this afternoon. I plan on going to church in the morning and apart from that, I'll probably be on here, listening to music and drinking coffee. 🙂💚

coffee with my friend the other day was really nice. So nice to catchup with a bunch of them when I down visiting, I don’t get down that much though unfortunately. Oh I love the gozlemes I like the spinach ones!!

How was your reformer Pilates class? Is it kind of like a rehab course, I haven’t been thinking I may need something that focuses on focusing on building strength in one area.

Heya @Chasingsunsets , the cute but scrumptious little cake I had was a raspberry and pistachio friand, like a little French cake. It was quite light and the centre was decadent 😋

The lasagna turned out really well! I do this sneaky little trick where I am double layering the sheets to add extra volume and it worked out really well, paired well with the superfood kaleslaw salad too.

It's always nice catching up with friends you haven't seen for a while. Sometimes I feel it doesn't matter how long it's been since your last catch up the conversations just seem to endlessly flow as if nothing had ever changed 😊

The reformer class was really good. I'm using much lighter springs than I used to use, but any movement is better than none. My back definitely reaped the benefits. Goodness me that was holding a lot of tension.

The musical is tomorrow afternoon! It will be exciting to see their reaction and also see a bit of musical theatre as I do enjoy them usually. 😊

I am glad to hear you are feeling a sense of steadiness, it's nice when things have a bit of a comfortable flow to them, and reuniting with your dog must be wonderful, what type of dog do you have?

I used to have a dog, he was a Gordon setter and was living it up like eternal puppy hood. We lost him a few years ago now, but they always brought a lovely sense of companionship and had a sense of when you needed a soft snoot resting on your lap. 😊
