@Chasingsunsets thanks for the add lovely. My highlight for the day is passing the last assessment I had as I didn't think I would. I struggled with it and submitted it on the last day it was due. Yay, I passed!

I’ve now seen new psychologist twice. She has an area of calming about her. A person whose emotions show on her face and in her eyes. When I mention something from my past she says “how did that make you feel”.
know my emotions are ‘sitting on the fence’. Half wanting to believe this is a positive move and will continue that way, half worried and scared things will drop into pattern like my previous psychologist

chrome shelving units are from Bunnings. None of them are in my bedroom. I’m in a 2 bedroom unit, 2nd bedroom is combination craft, study, hobby room which now has 1x 120cm wide shelf unit, 2 x 90cm wide shelf units, 1 x 45cm square shelf unit. 3 drawer filing cabinet I moved to the garage (will try to sell it) and have put one filing cabinet in front of sliding door that I don’t use. Don’t think I’ve gained any floor space. What I have gained is places for me Lego, brick bears and mini brick cats to go.

next steps in the 2nd/spare room will be clearing off top of jigsaw table, mdf onto each shelf, moving my jigsaws so that they are no so crammed onto shelves

fingers crossed I can go back to doing my jigsaws
