@Chasingsunsets a sleep in sounds wonderful. I'm not entirely sure, it's been a full on day with many different stressful things thrown into it. The future is uncertain and that's scary, the thought of having to go through court again is hard to process given many traumatic experiences before. Trying to find a positive to throw into this but brain is a bit messy. Well I survived the party today so that's my win.

I got through 3 groups today including a drive across town

feeling churned up though… a triggering person in recorder group… who is also a psychiatrist in her day job

Weekend is often busiest time for me. Retired and not working during the week but trying to have a productive creative life

My husband went silly yesterday. We both have 2 one bedroom units. Im fortunate he went silly and then went home. He keeps on turning up at my house today where he told me the packet of chocolate buscuits in cupboard he actually bought for mio

so without any shame i ate the rest of the packet.

I think he might have commented about getting fat but i paid him no heed.

Hi friends, I'm gonna be getting my essay results tomorrow. Pretty nervous about it but I hope it's somewhere in the 60s or even better, the 70s. I really really really hope it's not anywhere in the 50s, nor even worse, lower than that.
