@Chasingsunsets Well done on getting out into nature. I love walking in nature. What sort of dog do you have?

When I could walk more than 50 meters without being in agony, I used to walk in nature all the time. That was my way to destress a bit, plus I needed to lose weight. I feel so sad and frustrated that I can no longer walk like I used to. For the first two years that I lived in the caravan park, I did the Black Dog Institute's One Foot Forward walk to help raise money for mental health awareness. These are some of the places I used to walk.

@Mustang67 thank you and i agree re tablet. they can put a person on the moon why cant they make effective meds without the evil side effects

@Bunniekins he obviously loves and trusts you. It would be worrying when thinking about what will he do when you pass. I would have thought that he sibling would then take over. It is definitely a hard position to be in. Sending you some big hugs.

@Bunniekins correct. You would have thought by now, they could make something that is not going to cause you other problems that could be serious.

My birth father died of a heart attack and my mum has had 2 strokes, so putting me on medication that has increased my blood pressure and cholesterol, is very risky.
