@heartathome I like a walk. I did a bit of gardening but retreated inside in the warm. Made silverbeet and feta filo pie. Had for lunch. Will either have that or chilli con carne for dinner depends how hungry I am. Only 18 degrees here today. Supposed to be dry.

@Cuddlebear I put myself back on the usual dose and my psychiatrist said that was fine. But I wasn’t on anti-depressants like you. Different medication. As I have bipolar I can’t take anti-depressants as they make me manic. When I don’t sleep I get hypomania. When I’m depressed I tend to sleep a lot. Fortunately most of the time I’m ok.

I feel for you coming off ant-depressants would be hard especially if they are strong tablets.

@REDLINEZ750 One of the guys we used to go riding with rigged his number plate so he could flip it up at any time, which comes in handy for the speed cameras. Lol

@Chasingsunsets How are you? Have you had a good day? I’m so glad you got a sleep in! Yes the days off always seem to go quicker than the days at work.

Thank you for the kind words. My friend couldn’t visit they are still sick with a terrible cold. These withdrawal tapering symptoms will continue for a while. It’s quite cold in Melbourne today and raining so I’m indoors just trying to catch up on the forum messages here.

@REDLINEZ750 I have never really thought of what it would be like riding naked. Lol And of course you are correct there would be a lot of wind resistance. I have seen those clows going down the freeway ducking down. It does look funny.

How often do you ride?

I would hate to see what would happen if you hit a cat or something, as you would have nothing to protect you. The ex has hit a couple of cats, which have damaged the fairing. That what made me think of it.

@Cuddlebear oh Cuddlebear things are not good with my middle child. he came over for his usual coffee on a saturday with his worker and told me that angels and god have been telling him bad things! i tried to console him but he was distraught this is the first time he had mentioned angels and god talking to him. i just cried which is hard for me to do as i am on mood stabilizers and they effectively stop me from crying. i am so worried about him. i told his manager at the supported living what had been happening and apparently there was a incident there so idk i feel in my gut something bad is going to happen.
