Hi @Chasingsunsets actually I don't really train hard enough!

We just went for a walk in a pretty big park. I was surprised how many dog walkers were there actually. It was good weather and nice to meet some people. I was anxious about it, but it went ok. Some of us sat at one of the benches afterwards and talked for a little bit, which was nice too.

Yes I saw a post about the moon but couldn't find a photo, but I was mainly just looking at my tags, so didn't try too hard, sorry.

Oh that's good you have a PT, I need to go back to gym. I started going to a cancer specific one after I finished my cancer treatment for my second cancer, I didn't get up to doing group classes, because Dad got too unwell. I took my Dad for a little while when he lived with me and was well enough, as he had cancer. I haven't been back since he passed away. So I need to get back to it.

Physio has given me exercises to do to strengthen muscles around knee, but just easy ones at first.

Today I met up with a sport team member to discuss next year's international comp travel. Then physio, X-ray and shopping. I did some gardening in afternoon.

Your walk sounds beautiful!! I use to have a couple of people I use to walk with but they have either moved or there dogs have died so only solo now, but that’s ok.

gym was good today but I’ve been a bit tired so didn’t do as well as I would have liked. Mind was there wanting to get stuff done, body not so much today. But that’s okay you get that right.

I had to pay for the new blinker part but not installation so that was so nice of the guy who put it in but for his kindness I said I might get a car detail as he does detailing and car cleaning so he’ll said me quotes tomorrow. Hope it’s not outrageous because I’ll like to get something done so I can pay him 😊

Oh love pets, I don’t have foxtail, what’s on that channel?? I use to love watching national geographic and discovery with my pop when I was young and watching a the animals shows on there.

Earlier in the night I watched the match Pets to owners show forgot what it’s called, I cried as an owner had to give up there pet but it was happy in the end the dog got the most beautiful family, I even would want to go to there house haha.
