Thanks for reporting folks - we are aware of the issues regarding the Support button and the long loading times, but the tagging issue is new. Any further details of the error you can provide (e.g. does the tagging window not show up? Is it for certain members only?) would be invaluable.

We do have a Technical Issues/Feedback form, it is always helpful for us when members report, to capture in our data and stuff - no pressure tho!

Hi @Jynx I've had the tagging issue on and off for a while. I thought it was just me.

Tonight I've been getting an orange box with "Sorry, unable to complete the action requested"

I also get a blank page sometimes with processing request while it takes a while for the page to load

@Jynx I did the form! Had to tap out when it wouldnt let me upload my error msgs - feeling very challenged by tech atm 😂.

I just gave up and said I can email them if they want the pics of the error msgs lol. Hope the input helps.
