the white choc mocha from starbucks is slightly sweeter than other the versions at other cafes, i think it's cos they add whipped cream on it! 😋

Great you liked that song. Its been a very downish day with a lot of sadness. Sometimes i so crave enjoying good life daily, its been a life time seems that's been the case.

Learning to turn this bad life to good, is what is important i know. So much of the darkness hurting me, the truth turned to light points in my life harvesting me good life instead of taking it from me.

The part of myself i battle with the last few months is where i only ever responded in anger to the rejection mental illness brought me. The silent reproach for who i have tuned out to be suffering life instead of enjoying it.

Life is sure stacked against us depressed people my friends. Yet good to know this place down here does not only crucify us mental ill people, they crucified The Truth of our Creator just as much. So happy i find my identity in real truths now, instead of those bloody religious expectations i always served as myself.

If that makes sense to anyone.

@DownMoreThanUp hey DownMoreThanUp i have schizoaffactive disorder and sometimes find it hard to read through peoples lengthy posts but please keep including me as i am very interested in what people have to say just cannot absorb it very well at times. bun

@Bunniekins Absolutely, i suffer the same affliction you do, plus C.P.T.S.D and DID, and understand full well what you mean. i still struggle there as well at times. That is why i often read/write over times, with little breaks in between, rather than in one setting. This also helps to balance the emotional response my writing has on myself at times.

Little bites, and frequent rereads where my emotions flared, is the secret reading longer posts meaningfully, i found to be true over the years.

@DownMoreThanUp thank you DownMoreThanUp. helps to have someone in the know it isnt a picnic is it. i got diagnosed would be nearly 15 years ago now. it was caused by trauma (i also have ptsd). apparently women in their mid life are getting diagnosed more with it. i try to re read but is hard. ironically i have a degree in philosophy and politics. couldnt do it now.

I didn't realise what a lust object he is until I saw that magnificent film, The Newreader with Tom Hanks and then I thought, hey, Tom Hanks actually played his character really, really well, then I realised my lust object is definitely Brad Pitt.

I have no idea why Tom Hanks was brought up in my lust object which is defaintely Brad Pitt.
