Oh really, re the female brown bowerbirds, I think maybe a different type of bowerbird perhaps yours was suppeeeeer colourful, I think the one I saw was the ‘great bowerbird’ 😊

@strawberry2, animals are great! Lizards love the sun, as for the water I think the ones I saw they were interested in the bugs that came up out of the soil because of the water and was trying to catch them. Was pretty interesting!

Cool photos @Till23 ! I had a little laugh when I saw your post, is that a Tata lizard? They are great, these are the guys I spent ageeees watching the other day! Was definitely a highlight watching them catch some bugs after the soil was all wet and the bugs came to the surface!! You have an amazing camera but the way! Mine are only phone pics. One of the pics is a video screen shot so might not come out that well at all.

hey there to all!

i think its safe for me to say todays highlight came early hours this morning when i went out for a smokes and saw half a moon where a full one was earlier.

talk about believe nothing you hear and half what you see, unfortunately i had takren meds and it confused nme a little coz way it was like flame ring around thre dark half and the white half being so bright it was hurting my already closing eyes and i know this sounds stupid now im awake after bit of sleep but even though its silent and nothing stirred and ewas dark i thought it was the sun being covered coz it was hard to keep my eyes open and the blurry fire type ring around half of it and i thought liiked like rays till took glasses off made me think im bnot sposed to look at it and was falling asleep so never saw it completed but still feel fortunate to have seen what i did ....

is that why today im in the DBT toolbox trying control a strong foreboding thats hijacking my capacity to move or think without hypervigilance (enter twilight track) 😖

just waiting till night fall again watching a beautiful day the jacaranda swaying in the wind is keeping me grounded, the yellowness of its dying foliage looks highlighted and vibrant in contrast of the gum trees on the mountains beyond it

My highlight from today was buying new knickers. My elastic was shot in my old pairs and some were starting to fall down. Can't have that because it's really uncomfortable. Luckily I have been wearing jeans and not dresses.

That is definitely an accomplishment for the day. I finished my diamond painting, every time I looked at it I thought it would take forever to complete but I finally did it.

Now I am trying to decide which one to do next.
