Oh laundry boring indeed @AlwaysMyself . Good you spoke to your mum and got out of the house. I walked this morning so got out briefly. But enjoyed my morning in the garden and making banana bread in the afternoon. Bread is delicious think I’ll have another piece.

@GezzaP It sounds like you live in a great location.

I hope you wear gumboots or something similar when you go into the garden in summer. You wouldn't want to be bitten on the foot or leg by accident. But you do have the right idea about being noisy out in the garden.

I used to get brown snakes and blue tongues when I lived out north, but behind my property was just nature, so the snakes & lizards obviously found a way to get in, as a snake bit my cat. She survived, but it wasn't cheap for the anti-venom. And of course it happened on a Sunday, so I had to call the emergency vet in.

We had two Jack Russells and I remember one day going out the back yard and I saw that one of the dogs had something in his mouth. At first I thought it was a snake, as all I could see was scales hanging out one side of his mouth. I moved in closer to get a better look, and he started shaking his head violently, and it was then that I could see that it was a blue tongue. But unfortunately all the lizards guts were flying everywhere, which I didn't realise at the time. A little bit later, I found lizard guts throughout my hair. It was disgusting 😣

No worries with the weeding @Bunniekins I actually find it quite relaxing. The garden is a wonderful distraction.

No worries about forgetting who said what and what you said to who @AlwaysMyself I'm with you on that one! I'm confused even 'saying' it! 😂

Yes my sister’s old dog got a blue tongue st my place. It really stunk! I don’t have gum boots guess I should get some. But I’m noisy and keep my eyes peeled.

I will send you a piece of banana bread. @Bunniekins I had two pieces. Just chilling out now after a busy day. What are you doing? Will start thinking about dinner in a little while after a drink and a sit down.

@GezzaP @REDLINEZ750 I too heard that blue tongues kept snakes away, but it obviously wasn't the case in my back yard.

@GezzaP im watching "The Most Disgusting My 600 pound life" yes i know why am i watching this rubbish but i find it somehow fascinating. later tonight i will watch Vera. i feel quite virtuous as i declined a chocolate bar which my middle son offered me earlier and had some cruskits instead. 🙂
