Hi @PeppyPatti I had a good day visiting my family, but unfortunately got a flat tyre on the way home. I used to be able to change my own tyres, but now I am just not strong enough and my back would start going into spasams. Lucky my other half didn't mind coming to meet me to change it for me.

Royal show bag liquorice hey. When was your show on? I haven't been to the show in years. I used to love getting the Bertie Beatles show bag for $2. Lol

Thanks GP @Bunniekins hope you slept as well. sleeping for Olympics yest did 8 hours during day and at least 8-10 during night lol. probs 4-6hrs too much, but I figure if can go to sleep must need it. other times during week tried nap 3x maybe slept 30mins total

Garden going great @Mustang67 . Going to plant some more seeds today. It is already warm here at 7am so it’ll get too warm for gardening later. Just went for a walk. Having a drink before I start in the garden. Will do a little bit. Bit by bit. My back complains if I do too much.

@TAB hey TABs i know what you mean by sleeping for the olympics. i get it. last night woke up around midnight turned on pc wrote a bit on forum then crashed till 5am! have had 2 mugs of coffee will make some more in a min. napped lightly yesterday nothing solid. all over the place re sleeping. 😮

@GezzaP I don't really know how to answer how I am. I just feel numb a lot with my medication issues and no motivation. The only time I leave the cabin is when my Mum needs help with something or has an appointment, or if I have an appointment. My other half wants us to visit his friend today for his birthday, and I really don't feel like going. I wait to see how I feel after I have eaten.

On my way to my mum's yesterday I heard an ad for a home builder, and it made me start to get upset, as I have built two homes and the last one was with my partner that passed away. But I ended up losing it because I married a lazy son of a b#&%h who didn't want to work, but was still spending my money that I earned. And now that I can not longer work, I no that I will never be able to build my own home again. I can't even afford to rent a house, which is why I live in a cabin at a caravan park. It gets me so down sometimes. And it's little things like the ad, that set me off on a downward spiral.

Oh I’m sorry to hear you are struggling @Mustang67 . I am feeling really good today. I’m gardening slowly with frequent drink breaks because it’s hot here today. Need to get some more water then back into the garden for me.
