Hi y’all

I’ve been a little cranky this morning because my nearby train station was closed & so had to use Google maps to check which trams I needed to catch instead. The closest tram required me to walk 13 mins to where the tram stop was, so that was annoying because it was my first time & I didn’t know where it was, so I had to follow directions on the Google maps. Hence I’ve never took the tram after moving to this place.

I was planning to go out to shopping and eat at a restaurant with my mum today. But since all of this had happened (I already knew it was all too late), plus the long tram waiting times…at first I complained about it to my mum and she suggested that I can meet her in the CBD (just so that I can come and eat something & then pick up the food she has cooked for me). The first tram came 20 minutes (however it wasnt taking any passengers). I checked how long the next tram was gonna come and it said 16 minutes. I told my mum this and she said ok go home so I did.

Since I got back home, I’ve been laying in bed and crying & haven’t eaten until just 10 minutes ago (4 hours later) - heated up cooked rice & pork that I’ve stored in the fridge for almost a week.

I would love to receive some hugs 🤗 💟💕

I’ve never been to Norway but I do love seeing photos of my friends travels. A friend of mine has just done a huge 5 months trip all around Europe. She’s not back just yet but will be soon.

@REDLINEZ750 Hello lovely. I am glad today is better for you compared to yesterday. What is WSDLH? Have you found it useful? Are you ok with the therapy there coming to an end?

My body is still adjusting. I still have more tapering to go. Seeing GP on Tuesday and that’s when the next drop will happen. 😞

@Cuddlebear WesternSydneyDistrictLocalHealth so funded treatment for 8 sessions max however my psychologist kept advocating for me and that proved to me she genuinely cared and i trusted her she was my first ever experience inside therapy and she flexed for me to get a 3 month course of DBT and 26 sessions before the system ordered my file closed that week then she literally told them no shes not doing that and got me another 4 to ease me emotionally and get less distance till she starts her private practice and is holding safe space for me so its not discarding like every other relationship i have trusted.

@Blackcloud oh my sweet, this sounds horrible to go through. I'm so sorry that this all happened, it sounds very overwhelming to say the least. How are you feeling now sweet?
