My daughters have started peri-menopause. I could tell before the blood tests confirmed.

I’m sure that I was 10 years older than them when I started peri-menopause.

@Chasingsunsets locking yourself inside the house gave me a smile. 😊. I also didnt know that was possible lol. Who has doors that cant be opened/unlocked from inside without a key??? 🤣

I have left my keys in the front door before, but easily retrievable when I realise - just open the door and take them out lol.

Now where i live has an electronic lock with a keypad - so no keys to leave in the door or forget lol. Althought there is a physical key you can use if you want / backup.

Loving the dog play and treat stories. 😊my dogs also eat treats so quickly! Natural bullying sticks and collagen sticks seem to last the longest, followed by pigs ears. But collagen sticks get sticky with saliva and thats horrible for my dogs fur getting all sticky and matted - i found that out the hard way.

I had a good sleep last night and when I woke up I didnt want to get up so I let myself rest an extra hour (and the dogs let me too).

Another busy day today with a few back to back commitments (medical and social). Look forward to later in the day when all is done and cleaner has also come and gone again.

Slight rain overnight was good so I can delay watering the garden a few more days.

Its a big no-no not having a key where you can find it in case of fire, then up sh!tter's ditch as theyused to say in 1970s ha ha lol like up sh!t creek in a barbed wire canoe etc lol

@AlwaysMyself trying to get moving here for take #2 of shopping trip.course left it to pension day ffs going to be busy. try get in and get out .

@Chasingsunsets The last time I locked myself out, I thankfully could get in through the bathroom window! Now I have a lock box outside, so I don't have to worry so much.

@TAB ahh, the deadlock ive had before is openeable from the inside without a key (just turn the lock manually) but yes would require a key from the outside to come in. The only time it needed a key from the inside was if I had locked it from the outside with a key (two stages of locking).

Mmm i like fireplaces 😊. I grew up with an open fireplace when I was young. Toasted marshmallows indoors occasionally 🤭.

@heartathome do you have plans for the day? A small goal at all?

I just flooded the laundry floor. 🤣 oops.

There was water still trapped inside a matress protector that hadn't gotten out during the spin cycle phase ☹️ so its now back in the machine for another spin cycle lol and now my bath towel is mopping up the water and it can be washed today also 😅. This is why laundries dont have carpet lol.
