hello @Cuddlebear still feeling sore in places but not as bad as last night , have lots of physical problems including stage 4 kidney disease and other things which means i can not do much as i used to

@Shaz51 I am glad you are a bit better. It’s hard when you have multiple medical conditions and can’t do the things you did before. I hope you are taking it easy today and spending time admiring that gorgeous orchid. You do really well in the garden.

I’ve had a very rough week with the move. New place is very old many things don’t work and my mental health has been rubbish prior to this. I’m having my intake appointment at APARC next Wednesday. I’m alone all weekend which isn’t very helpful so hoping to be able to have chats etc on the forums.
