@AlwaysMyself finding a new GP presents a whole new list of issues. My GP has my history from 20 or so years back, having to go through everything with a new GP would be daunting.

I have had one of my medication doses increased, doesn't seem to have made a difference.

I don't know if it is a combination of a massive upheaval in my life, menopause and unemployment but I just have no motivation to do anything anymore.

@avant-garde so very proud of you. That took a lot of strength and you did it in a way that was kind and considerate, without belittling yourself and your needs.

@creative_writer in a previous life my role was to source speakers for a women in business lunch club, which I did successfully. After that I was secretary to a P&F for a school my Godchildren attended, arranged a quiz night, worked the bar at fund raising events, served members of parliament including premiers and prime ministers. I could engage in conversation with anyone.

Now I have lost the desire to do so, mainly because of what happened with my God childrens' mother and her ex husbands' girlfriend (yes you read that right). I find it hard to leave the house most days now, not due to a phobia but just because I don't have the energy to get washed, changed and in the mood to socialise. I think I felt so betrayed by that person now I don't want to invest my time and emotional energy in anyone else in case it goes pear shaped again.

And that saddens me.

It’s been a massive day of packing and organising for me but all done now which is good. Let’s hope I have remembered to pack everything lol. I think I’ll sleep well tonight 😅

@rav3n it’s another search and rescue training course with indi, which I am really looking forward to. It will be really hot during the day though so plenty of rest for all the dogs during the hottest part of the day. I have a battery fan I brought for indi while ago so that will come in handy for her too! And there will be a pool with water in it for the dogs.

I also brought the up and go banana and strawberry so hopefully they are better than the coffee energiser one haha.

Well done on your crossword by the way!! I can’t do crosswords or anything like that 🤣.
