If you are concerned, could you go to a different GP for a second opinion?

If the GP were to say "ok, maybe its not just the diabetes medication", what would you like them to say/do instead? A referral? Psych meds review?

(Im wondering if you can ask them for that, even if they do think it is diabetes medication?)

For me I am not confident enough to meet up with strangers, when I was younger I would have been. It sounds like a good way to get out and meet people though.

It was 25 here in the Great South East today @Shaz51 but it’s dropping to 20 tomorrow. I am grateful for having spent a week in my assignment however, how did Friday come around so quickly!!!!

I stood up for myself today to someone from my church...

After yesterday and how much she bullied me into how she would have my house I sent "After having talked to my case manager today, we discussed how best to organise my home and space. We agreed that a support worker would be the best option for me moving forward with the skills and knowledge I require, both in finances and organisation. we also discussed the routine elements and while I know you meant well, she's done this before and has more experience with what the department of housing requires and is therefore better suited to do the routine checks we previously discussed you doing.
I apologise if you are upset or confused by this, but I believe it to be the best way forward."
