Re: Hi

Bit to consider @tyme
It wouldn’t be ideal to move we love it here… we have signed a lease so to break that or at least get our bond back would be very hard
But its isolating for Mrs AD home with kids all day, can’t really walk to anywhere and hard to feel part of the community when you don’t have anything happening around you unless you get in the car

I kinda see her point. Even just a coffee shop or a bakery creates such a community feel and we have nothing kinda close by some good places but not “ours”. Not places you walk to and bump into your neighbour or friends from school which is what we liked where we used to live
We are a 10-15 drive from the school

We like the property and the space but have to consider everyone
Not sure
trying to do some things with our local community to bring people together and be involved I have a plan

We found recently the hall does some activities during the day too
So I think if we stick through this hard part it will get better

Yeah my sister well we would stay in this general kinda area so not far from her still
She sorted out the house thing too

Re: Hi

That's hard. And especially after having a child, she needs all the support she can get. That last thing you want is post natal depression. I can see it is a lot to be alone with limited connection with others @ArraDreaming

I really hope you time what works for you and your family. Can you wait until the end of your lease? Is it long?

Re: Hi

I won’t share in detail here because its not entirely my story to tell but the adjustment from 3-4 has been the hardest yet, the first month especially @tyme i really had to access some support to help us in that early part just to get by

we resigned kinda recently for 6 months but I think if we decided to stay beyond that and sign again they would be ok with it they have told us they prefer longer term

Re: Hi

I totally get that. And with them being all so young, they all need you @ArraDreaming . Good on you for reaching out. It shows how much you care about your family.

Re: Hi

the kids yes but I gotta look after Mrs AD too though @tyme which is why I always say yeah go see your family even if it means laying here with 3 sick kids
Just do what you need to do to get by and I will pick the rest up
We have our days here some really hard ones that’s just the honest truth

but then your kid draws lavender flowers on everything or one comes out with a dress up sombrero so big she cant see where shes walking or your tiny baby smiles at you that your like, the hard days are HARD!!! but the good days are amazing

Re: Hi

I'm sure it's hard @ArraDreaming . It would be so hectic. It sounds like Mrs A needs a lot of support at the moment. Hope she's okay. I can see why it would be a struggle.

Re: Hi

That's gold @ArraDreaming

Hope you've got a lot of photos. You'll need to print a photo album for them.
