I am actually pretty good today. I think the stuff with mum rattled me for a couple days. It was both a good and very confronting conversation with my aunt that night on the phone so I got an opportunity to yarn at my appointment yesterday and I think that helped.
Then today I got out for a surf with the kids

man they are absolute little rippers in the water, they surf better then I do

Now just at home and i will have to probably skip going out

Mrs Ad’s car got towed this arvo, we weren’t meant to all go out tonight to a birthday which tbh would have been… challenging at best but now, oh what a shame we don’t all fit in mine

Mrs AD was all ready to go she took the baby for a little bit just to show face but thats enough for us
