and I would really like beginning post I wrote to be use as an example in something I have been asked to do (outside sane)

@ArraDreaming aye hard to be able to schedule everything in when bub requires constant attention!! But that's still a good habit to keep I reckon, if you can. I struggle to get enough running into my week, and I don't even have kids!! Do you and missus take turns getting up in the night?

It was bout harassment and what is harassment @ArraDreaming and what happens when it’s taken to HR . The fact that they need several complaints about the same person to be able to do anything serious. What the investigation involves. What the investigation involves if it’s just your complaint. Ways to handle it. Things to say if it’s minor and just want to deal with it one on one. Looking out for each other if you see anything. Even a little joke that may upset someone. Sometimes they don’t even know they are doing it or upsetting you.

Nah little miss is on the boob but before I went back to work I was getting up to help her out with different things, I do still wake up to her now but I just help resettle her if Mrs ad needs help or if she needs something else,
I do get up to the other kids in the night though which at the moment between all of them is a fair bit often
