The kids like coming to my work they just run around on the grass and in the garden the residents always say hi to them my 4yo asks if a specific man will be there in the cafe every time they visit for a coffee because that man is always sitting in there and also gave us some wooden toys he made to my kids one day

I think I liked the let me part of the let them theory. It’s up to me how I react to things.

I hope your eye is okay @ArraDreaming I hate the windy days too. It makes it so hard to get things done outside and with your job that would be all the time.

I bet your kids love going to work with you and the residents love having them around 🤪
