Welcome and getting started

Newbie

Newbie

Hi, I am just investigating this website . Thank you for providing it.

There seems to be many areas that are months or years old & little pockets that are days or weeks.

I am not being rude , i'm just not good on technology! Is there an area or areas that are always up to date ? I guess I just want to make sure I've a good chance of connecting with others. I would be grateful for some navigation tips please. With swathes of technology & websites these days, i often go down a rabbit hole, eventually find what im looking for & then can't seem to find it again !?😵‍💫

By way of diagnosis- cptsd, cfs, and self diagnosed adhd.

Thank you.

@Former-Member Welcome

Under discussions, you can see the most recent discussions, then also a tab comes up with latest posts… so that’s how I stay uptodate. Also once you start getting tagged and get notifications.
