Thanks @StuF! Did group go well today? Thats a fantastic occupational health initiative. I met some lovely people when we had groups. They were always supportive of eachother!

Thats good @StuF we used to have that in hospitals and psych wards. My favorite recreation was inter-ward volleyball. We had people up to their eyeballs on meds that you got excused if you couldn't hit the ball properly!!! It was a good social outlet. We also had The Coffee Pot which was the psych hospitals nite club. None of that is done anymore. As far as I know they have closed all psych hospitals and now its just individual psych wards in public hospitals. Met some great people in there.
