Get gentle pain meds from supermarket stronger ones on script from local chemist @TAB . I make sure I at least have some pain killers. Teeth feel a bit better having a cold drink here. Just coated teeth with toothpaste. Enjoying cold drink.

very good @GezzaP not heard of toothpaste for pain. I used to cover teeth w pain meds before realised need to put pain stuff on gums and let it sink in

What are you going to do with that jump rope @PeppyPatti? Be careful. I would not dare jump rope at my age. I think I'll stick to whats easy to do with regards to exercise thanks! lol

Yes I use sensodyne toothpaste for sensitive teeth works well @TAB .
