Yes cool here this morning @StuF . Guess I should muster the energy to water pots and seeds and a few plants but having trouble with motivation. Did some. Will get to others eventually I guess.

TAB are you doing xmas food shopping today? I did a double shop this week to cover two weeks in case there wasn't enough stock on shelves for next week. A new moon today with difficult planetary placements. Looks like the nosy neighbours from hell are going on a camping trip. Glad to see the back of them. A week of peace again.

GezzaP hope your teeth will be ok. Based on your experience I checked my teeth and noticed gums receding on two front teeth so will do a teeth audio to grow back gums and get rid of any cavities. Saw someone with gum pockets go from a 9 to a 4 using this audio - seriously! And people getting rid of pain and chipped teeth plus new enamel

I will put cricket on too @TAB . Chilling here. Just ate a couple of biscuits. About to read instructions on pain reliever. Nice and cool here so far enjoy your day.

The science says can’t grow back gums or enamel yet so I think I’m stuck with maintenance. @SmilingGecko

I woke up early as usual @StuF . Waiting to hear from helper to see if he will come to put my heavy green bin out. My back is stuffed and the driveway is long so can’t do it myself. Hope you are well.

I know the long driveway vs rubbish bins all too well! Ours is very steep, too! lol
