@TAB Blood pressure x 3, MH x 4, rash x 1, sleep meds 1-2, salt tablets x 4, and 4 GP recommended supplements. I rattle ha ha. Hope it is cooling down up there. Still humid here will turn air on to sleep. Puss cuddling up must think I’m cold.

@SmilingGecko Brush gums and exposed roots of teeth. Salty water rinse, moth wash and put toothpaste on sore teeth. I don’t (can’t) chew on those teeth. Nothing on hot drinks or alcohol.

Re: Tabaluga's 2.0

I dunno about the alcohol and hot drinks @GezzaP Maybe you want to steer clear of them? Just a suggestion. This is what AI had to say.

If you have receding gums and exposed tooth roots, it is strongly advised to limit or avoid alcohol consumption, as it can worsen your condition. Alcohol is highly acidic and can erode tooth enamel, increasing tooth sensitivity and accelerating damage to exposed roots. When gums recede, the roots of the teeth become exposed, and alcohol can cause sharp pain when consuming hot, cold, or sugary substances due to this exposure. Additionally, alcohol reduces saliva production, leading to dry mouth, which diminishes the mouth’s natural ability to neutralize acids and wash away food particles, further increasing the risk of decay and infection. The sugar content in many alcoholic beverages feeds harmful oral bacteria, promoting plaque buildup and worsening gum disease. For individuals with existing gum disease or receding gums, alcohol can exacerbate inflammation and hinder the healing process. Therefore, to protect your oral health and prevent further deterioration, it is best to abstain from alcohol or consume it only in moderation while maintaining strict oral hygiene and regular dental checkups.

Re: Tabaluga's 2.0

I only drink a little @SmilingGecko . I am strict with looking after my teeth. I will not give up a little pleasure in life. I will not become a health fanatic. When I drink I don’t feel any extra pain so I will continue to drink a little bit.
