yeah 50% humidity here , unusually high for this temp here.
I watered last night, and like 5this morning. few things looking a bit beat up. prob fromwatering too late in morning last few days, leaves burned,
better than dead I guess. my new trees loving life out of bunnings despite still waiting to be transplanted cos heat.
got gut ache . the lower abdominal type that could mean running to loo any tick of clock.just a bit more than uncomfortable.

@TAB Yes if you water too late it will burn leaves. I do chair yoga for seniors and several physio back exercises. Haven’t done them yet. Done Spanish.
Rang my dentist to try to see them about my teeth. They close today for Xmas. I’m on cancellation list. Otherwise have to wait until January 7th. Will rinse mouth with salt water, then mouthwash, put toothpaste on sore teeth and use teething gel as well, Teeth are very sensitive today.
i was dashing to toilet today too cause I drank too much coffee.
temperature has gone down to 25 here now but sun has come out.
Hope you feel better soon.

hate teeth @GezzaP never tried chair yoga . have yoga book by indian woman fromAdelaide, used to be clips on community tv
..had 1 trip to loo, has eased things a bit for now.
think tv and cool (non-alcoholic) (for now) drinks
should check forecast and plan shopping trip for my xmas goodies ok just condiments(?) for pudding, snacks, softdrinks, some super doopers , a roast and veg and some seafood and a few salads. maybe just get chicken shop chook
perhaps I could cook one. had success recently using oven bags dont like the idea of plastic, but makes huge difference as roasts and steams at same time.. really moist ,tender and foolproof re cooking time pretty hard to overcook

Hello @TAB @GezzaP just listening to a fat burn audio and mots-c audio from Sapien Medicine on you tube (for mitochondrial energy production). These meds really wreck your mitochondrial health leaving you tired. I have known this for years. Used to take a relatively new supp on the market to boost mitochondrial health but like $80/bottle so I do mots-c which does the same thing for free. It really boosts my energy. Have used it off and on for quite a long time. I think there was a website called Mito Health and they had a list of all the meds that damage mitochondrial function and my psych med was one of them. Its very common with psych meds that plus ageing which leads to a reduction in mitochondria and mitochondrial health. Looking ahead to xmas. I have everything I need. Got to bake a xmas cake as well as home made seeded crackers and home made beetroot dip to put on a platter with nuts and condiments. Got my soda stream to make a DIY lime infused soda water with pomegranate arils. Will be having a light xmas lunch due to diabetes.
