Hello @StuF yes everything is going well. Its very hot here. I deleted my facebook and X profiles last week and its been a good digital detox. Had no idea social media was affecting me negatively. Its been nice not feeling stressed out and having more time to get into housework. Social media can be a trap! Anyway I'm heading off to bed for now. Take care and enjoy your evening. No more facebook and X for me!

@I’m going on ai telling information on how much longer I can snooze instead of exercising. I think it was about 52 years old all of a sudden I needed to excersise more often to keep up my health.

I had crowded teeth and one tooth came out above front tooth through gum. Whenn they took yhat out they damaged the front tooth and it got badly decayed and then fell out eventually. Had a temporary tooth but that soon fell out too.

Guess you’re awake atm. I just woke up. Will get stuck back into my manic mess again after coffee.

The Smile dental plan covers heavy dental expenses Not many people know what a dental plan is, its a huge discount off the cost where extras are only a percentage off.

So if you have big dental work the Smile dental plan lends itself off to huge savings compared to what extras would cover. Several hundreds of dollars where extras would only be a small percentage.

I combine both my extras with Smile for extra savings. The good thing about having a dental plan is there no exclusions or wait time. Smile can be used just about at every dentist

Gezza I had molar next to wisdom tooth that had to come out

got sent to specialist NE rd who just does extractions, even they struggled, well was a crown other side as well,so had to be careful. Front 2 teef are stumps. with crowns which are like 70% of tooth, as said yest, of course got decay under it , got abcess etc

sick of teeth and being old. Touch wood.

cant even finish coffee. think shower shortly then go lie under a/c
