Yeah, work was ok thanks. They had a nice Xmas spread at the depot so that was good. Not too busy on the books...trying to plan for the break...the general public are likely to keep bringing book donations even if we lock the shed, so will have to do a pick up or two during the holiday period

Yes they didn't admit were wrong 'not all trainers fault' and strongly denied other facts and ignored others
They offered 1 free days training
I said No Deal you will just fail me so pointless @StuF

Yeah I broke most of 2 top front teeth off when fell in dizzy spell . Dentist did 2 dodgy crowns need replacing soon @GezzaP

They offered 1 free day training while saying only partly trainers fault guess rest of fault was mine ?
Trainer already offered this on day.so pointless exercise complaining.
Told them I was money💰 back
Not decided whether to take it further yet.
Thinking I will. They aren't taking things seriously plus backing trainer
