Its a herbal tea combo with three types of tea in it. I buy it separately. Read about it in a book written about thyroid health. Was able to shrink thyroid nodules and reverse my thyroid illhealth following the books protocols! @StuF No more symptoms! 🙂

Re: Tabaluga's 2.0

@MissGremlin Oh thats no good, honey. I hope you will be ok today! ❤️ Maybe just try and get some rest? You must be feeling yucky after no sleep.

Just a tip if you feel called to do it ~

If I have poor or no sleep I draw figure 8s in my aura the next morning and the yuk feeling of no sleep that usually accompanies me throughout the day goes away.

I learned about it from a medical intuitive who said she sees figure 8s in auras. I guess the infinity symbol is universal.

I'm not psychic but I can feel what drawing a figure 8 in my aura feels like. I trust it. The yuk feeling just goes. If I dont do the infinity symbol the feeling stays with me. I don't know how it works but I learned it from a healer who has a big online presence.

Its been a lifesaver for me and a good health strategy for sleep deficits. You can find out more about tracing a figure 8 in your aura on you tube. Wish I could say the name of the healers company but got to follow site guidelines.

But yes it works even for a Virgo like me who is not right brained and has to be demonstrated that its actually effective!

I have broken sleep last night so will be doing figure 8's now!!! lol YEEEHA!

Re: Tabaluga's 2.0

Thankyou for the tip @SmilingGecko, it's so great that you've found something that helps. I definitely don't feel myself today in many ways, I'm hoping I can get some rest but have some things going on at the moment. Just gotta take things one little step at a time.

I hope you will feel ok @MissGremlin just day by day bit by bit. Its not the best when we dont feel on top of our situation. If you need to chat just reach out!

Re: Tabaluga's 2.0

Thankyou @SmilingGecko ❤️. As my saying goes day by day, hour by hour, minute by minute and if that feels too much then just second by second. Sometimes just getting through to the next moment is enough.

It sounds like walking and gardening are great self-care strategies when it's not too hot! @GezzaP

So I am glad you will be able to take a walk today. How early did you wake up? I am definitely not an early riser haha

@MissGremlin You will be allright love. Sometimes just having someone to talk to makes things a lot easier ❤️ I've just been researching rebounder exercises and its great for all kinds of conditions as we age. I'm so glad I bought my rebounder. My medicine courier just arrived, its so convenient when you dont have a car and dont want to catch public transport or particularly stand in a queue for any length of time. Its great for those days when I'm not well & dont want to do the people thing!
