G’day @StuF . I have had a reasonable morning. Sorted through quite a few of my financial stuff ups. A lot of what I bought was crap so annoyed at myself bloody mania. I hate it. Psychiatrist ringing today. Too embarrassed to tell her about my latest burst of impulse buying. Trying to get control of it but it’s hard.

It's fairly common with hypomania as far as I know

I'd maybe bring it up with your psych today? I don't think it would do any harm. In fact, talking about it and possible strategies might be useful?

@StuF I raised it previously she didn’t make any suggestions. Will raise it with my psychologist next time I speak to him in January he’s on paternity leave.

I hate it @StuF youre not alone there. I usually go in with a plan of attack and walk out. Dont like having to negotiate people shuffling along stareing aimlessly into space! Was going to go to the post office but now I think it would be packed with xmas

well either is yet another problem from scans @StuF or it's box-ticking as not repeating other pre-op stuf. got 90mins to find out, ha

yes , 30deg now , going for 36 @GezzaP ,37 tomorrow,36, then 40 think thats a heatwave in Adelaide haha
