Just opened the front door for some crisp fresh air. Haven't checked the forecast. Hopping on my rebounder soon. Its a hulk of a thing. It seems to get deep into lymph in the tissues compared to just dry skin brushing alone. I used to just dry skin brush or use a Bian stone but this goes deeper. I slept like a log last night which might have something to do with lymph detox. Big shifts. Feeling like a brand new person with lymph drainage. Wondering how much deep gunk has been stored there over the years...More energy, vitalized!
