@StuF yes sleep is essential. you would think giving an old lady some sleeping pills wouldnt be an issue but it is!

I think there is cricket on today @TAB . I might watch some. I had pasta for lunch. I bet it is really hot where you are. It is hot and overcast here.

@TAB It was windy earlier here too. It is too hot for me, but it has cooled down a little bit here. I’ve got house shut up too. Don’t like the dark so I installed a skylight over my chair. Cricket is ok. I managed to read for an hour without falling asleep. Kindle running out of charge so had to plug it in to charge up. Cat just went out - hope I can get her in this evening. Hoping she’s gone out to poop and then comes back for a feed. Will have a simple light dinner as usual.
