Learned today that inflammation can cause weight gain. Dont remember if my last bloodwork indicated this. Last bloodwork came back good apart from kidneys. Adding more black foods and taking supps will go back to GP soon

@SmilingGecko hey SmilingGecko that is interesting re inflammation causing weight gain. simple carbs do it to me. i cannot eat any carbs although i did have a few pieces of liquorice today before i gave to daughter. high protein is good for me. what is black foods?

sorry iv been gone but back now. I accidently fed my dog two extremely tiny nibbles from a bickie at 9:45 pm and he’s supposed to be fasting
