yeah after days of heat and warm nights my house heats up @GezzaP def gets cold though.Guess I dont move much in either case

My place eventually heats up @TAB . I hate the heat. And I don’t like the dark with the roller shutters down either. Light is important for people with bipolar. I have to turn lights on in the room I’m in.

I do have to have some formof natural light else bit like being in a cell or a submarine @GezzaP lol even if one blind up a foot

I’m the same @TAB . I have the shutter up until late in the day in the rooms I’m mostly in.

I walked up shop but couldn’t get motivated to water today. Everything looks ok. I watered it yesterday. Did my Spanish lessons. Starting to get a bit hungry. Will have cheesy pasta as didn’t get any meat out of freezer. Not particularly healthy but never mind.

@GezzaP have been busy doing my morning routine. Had another sleepless night. Blerk. My routine kind of stabilises me. Wont be doing much today. Got to go for a walk later on today

just off to post office etc here @GezzaP had another brain melt-down, lost physio appts, looked at blank diary told selfwas done for the year.got like 5 more appts ha ha

travel will be paid re disputed claim yest ..$123.00 so worth quibbling over
