No you wouldn't want to buy in bulk then @GezzaP unless you could rotate her daily feed then. When I had menopause got hot flushes to begin with and now got it again! Had a friend who used to sit next door to a fan when I visited her. As for me these days I just leave aircon on overnight in my room.

They recommend cooler temperatures to sleep anyway @TAB thats a given. I always keep my thermostat down. It just helps with the hot flushes. Learned a new medical qigong technique for staying happy in old age. Hopefully be less crabby than most people who drop their bundle as they get old! 🙃

Not listened to early stuff in ages. Don't mind Some Girls even Emotional Rescue ok. Nothing after that tho lol
