I got motivated enough to water and plant some seedlings that needed to be planted out. Got more to do. Will try to do tomorrow. Did a tiny bit of Spanish lessons.

Oh wow @TAB well thats interesting. Might be a good idea to avoid an operation around christmas don't you think? I'm happy for you. You may feel more prepared by January and lose a bit more weight?
Just organising groceries theres limited specials. Did get my cat a new cat food -"Tilly" brand, its got pumpkin, jelly and goji berries in some of the cans. Its a nice alternative to the other brands with the boring ingredients in them.

yeah gives me 4.5weeks extra re weight. @SmilingGecko I didnt do much in 7 weeks up to first appt oh well. been on phone and emails since got home
- operation date changed
- they had to re book post operation stuff and send to me
- travel claim for last week was refused as they claim I 'çhose' this specialist , also had the hide to send me propaganda on how they are spending on health so dont have to payme 0.38c /km to see specialist anymore such idiots, they tried this before.
- now have to cancel motel ,nearl;y forgot haha

@TAB nobody can get anything from the system anymore. When you think about it so many people are being denied access to basic services and things like NDIS in the psych community. The government is racking up billions of debt each day. You go to the Australian Government debt tracker and its scary to see how much its totally spiralling out of control. I worry about our countrys future
