I empty my basement. I have cataracts because of my age and inheritance @SmilingGecko . Also inherited high blood pressure and bipolar.

I’ve got to have one cataract off in 5 months might wait until both need to be removed. I’ve got top cover on extras so should get most of money back. @TAB

@StuF i went for a walk today. I walked to my car and back and out to the backyard to hang towels up. That counts right 😂

I got cataracts at a young age @GezzaP I notice lately I inherited some diseases from my father around the same time I was his age. I'm doing rites of rejuvenation and am listening to a subliminal to offload a lifetime of cumulative negative energy held in the subconscious. It will be my xmas present to myself - a brand new me! Whoo-hoo
