@TAB I'm stocking up for Xmas hopefully my oat flour arrives soon to make Xmas cake. Making my own platter with DIY dip crudites and home made crackers. Plus home made carbonated water made with lime and pomegranate arils. Haven't decided what's for lunch. Maybe a roast vegie vegan salad. Can't eat much due to diabetes. It all needs to be made from scratch!!! LOL

@TAB sounds like you got xmas sorted. I'm celebrating alone again. My gluten free oat flour arrived from Amazon you can't buy it in Australia. All oat flour here has gluten in it. So will make a kind of ginger cake with festive spices in it. Can't eat xmas fruit cake unfortunately so am following a recipe from a healer we follow. Lawnmower man is here and I've been for a walk. It didn't take it out of me like yesterday. Now got to pay the gardener. That fatal attraction at the pool sounds funny. Just had men in a truck yell at me while I was walking. They did not know they were yelling at an old broad with grey hair and sunhat on. They must go after anyone these days LOL

@TAB Its a way to enjoy the festivities without the sugar spike. I've eaten rice flour and oats before not too bad for sugar spike but you would not want lots of it and on a regular basis
