@StuF I couldn't sit for a whole day with a group tbh. Might let you do things on your own terms. I know it offers structure and habits though. I often look at some rehab groups on facebook. Apart from being too hard to get to they are no longer my scene really. Theyres always beginnings and endings. I bet you will find other things to get into

Woke up at around 0430 and dozed on and off until 0830. Bloody summer and the sun shining through my windows. Time to drag the alfoil out! ☀️
