I’ve been having breakfast and meds. @TAB . Gut complaining again this morning. Multiple trips to the toilet.
It’s been showery so don’t know if I’ll get my usual walk to shop. Hoping it clears up. Only supposed to be a shower or two. So hopefully ok feels cold. But not windy so shouldn’t be too bad.
Hope bed keeps calling you. I might have a nanna nap later. Slept nearly 6 hours so ok. Still feel tired though.

yes, nap later hope @GezzaP I took meds few days ago after going to loo too much. now not been poss 3 days,see where this ends up . no pain yet, dunno
