However, I forgot to take meds, which includes, blood thinner, BPmed and heart med, ha so may be a reason why feeling like been run over by a truck lol

@StuF Doc looked at burn and got prescription cream and he also checked my BP and its gone down significantly. I think it would be even lower with white coat syndrome. He didn't test it again but my guess its even lower. Just got to keep walking and using blood laser to get it down. Was very happy. Got in a good walk. Kitty cat is back indoors.

@TAB sprayed window crevices with super dooper double strength vinegar solution yesterday. No bees. I hope you feel better this afternoon. Take your meds tabby, you will feel better. If I fall asleep at night without taking meds I feel rotten the next day! 😬
