That sounds really terrible but yes youre right @GezzaP health care card makes all the difference. I do get concessions so it would make it comparatively easier. I'm sorry you are feeling the financial pinch. Just a tip, with heating I dont turn on a heater I use an electric throw instead. The wattage on electric throws are so low it costs you virtually nothing to keep warm. It warms you better than a heater. I had a friend who needed heat because of health conditions and really regretted not buying an electric throw earlier. He said the same thing - keeps you warmer than a heater for pennies. It will keep you in the black financially. His winter bills went right down and his health problems were better managed with heat from an electric throw rather than a heater.

I use facebook to talk to my friend in the US @TAB . She would like me to zoom but I told her I couldn’t get it to work. The webinar is a terrible time for me - I’m so tired by that time of day.

@GezzaP i've used zoom on my iphone in the past and it is a bit trickier! sometimes the zoom screen has a few 'slides'. you may need to swipe the screen to access the video of others (here's a youtube video on how to: How to See Everyone on Zoom for iPhone)

if that doesn't work, maybe a laptop might be easier to use and worth a try. but fingers crossed the iphone youtube video helps!!
