@PeppyPatti How could we forget you? My psychologist said not to stop smoking. I’m over 60.

Oh you slept well then too. I slept 9 hours! @SmilingGecko My psycho sent me some stuff on sleep. You must let me know about the meeting. If I can I’ll tune in.

I have one of those @SmilingGecko . My gardener is gradually filling it. I have to tell him not to fill it too much.

@PeppyPatti its easy to give up smoking with something called Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). Read about it in a healthfood store magazine that cold hard core smokers can quit within five minutes. Tall order but I tried EFT on my ex who was chain smoker and he was shocked he had no cravings after just doing one round of EFT. Yes it works. Anyone can do it. It involves tapping meridian points on the face and body and phrases to engage the hemispheres of the brain. EFT is now being used in a variety of settings including psychology to clear trauma, addiction and phobias.

@SmilingGecko I have too many bills this fortnight. Will only be able to pay a little bit of one of them. The bills just keep coming in. It is fantastic to sleep. I love sleep. Is the meeting a zoom meeting. I don’t know how to use that properly.

@GezzaP All my utilities are deducted fortnightly with Centrepay. Social security takes a small amount out of my fortnightly disability pension to go towards my bills. It just means I'm always ahead with utilities and never required financial intervention. If anything I overpaid my bills.
With my phone bill and internet bill I have paid them in the past via direct debit. Was so glad I got solar several years ago. It means my electricity prices have been kept under control.
My rates are really bad though. Would pay fortnightly until I paid it off. Never got complaints from council rates center and never had sheriff at my door trying to get money off me. Did this ever since I moved in here. I guess theyre grateful the rates were coming in
