Yeah I'm going to celebrate @StuF. I like putting in some effort. I never enjoyed xmas with family but now I'm on my own I can do as I please. I can choose how to celebrate and be happy at this stage in my life. I don't have to put up with conflict anymore with my family of origin. So xmas is going to be a good day for me! I have my cat 😻 and plan on having a good day.

@GezzaP Yes I had a good day today. Did not walk but will get out there tomorrow. I'm attending a Zoom meeting tonight with someone which I'm looking forward to. Then do an energy clearing later and have an early night. I read The Age online throughout the day.

Oh that’s good about zoom meeting @SmilingGecko . The Age better than the Murdoch rag we have in Adelaide. On Saturday I can sometimes get an Age. I always go to bed early cause I fall asleep if I try to stay awake.

@GezzaP I cant believe people still smoke lol. I was hopeless, gave up for 15years then did it again for nearly another 20. mate caught up with offered me one other night. I was in disbelief cos had been thinking about them again with all online ads for fake ones. he gets his actual chinese cigs(Double Happiness brand)from nsw for $10pkt., stil he said he was giving it up like 2015 and still hasnt.wasnt all beer and skittles giving it up in late 50s lungs just about turned inside out a few times lol. drs said no point giving up if 60 say. last time stopped I used patches for a few weeks,then got off the patches lol

I’m hopeless with smoking @TAB , but going to try stopping again. It is so hard.

.. oh i've never come across anything so insidious as friend (now dead) oncesaid about speed..

and my weight ballooned since ok also wrongly diagnosed thyroid problems

now am embarrased to go near medical places and fun things like circulation tests today and heart thing coming up haha lol maybe friend who died 9 mths ago (was 5 years older think) was better off ? still have plans to go out with a bang with v8 ute and motorbikes lol be too embarrased to go on plane now, wouldnt fit re travel or whatever oldies do these days

@GezzaP walking used to underpin things , now I cant do 1/5th of what was just routine

..wah wa wa lol well have been doing gym and its been unbelievably hard sometimes

I've picked out a bathtub which going to buy once get next super

Going to live in bath drinking cups tea and reading books lol
