Good Morning @TAB @StuF @ENKELI had another cat visit the house this morning, trying to get into cat fight with Soleil at 4am then expecting me to let it in as well. It was a strange looking cat. Had a standoff from outside the window for about an hour staring at my poor little cat hiding under the table. Hope it doesnt come back. Making some pumpkin balls later on to use up pumpkin. Very rainy weather now

It was an ugly creature of the night @StuF makes me wonder the encounters Soleil has had in the past. Anyway a quiet day today. Just did some body shaking to shake off stagnant energy. I've done it in the past but not for as long as 90 seconds. If youre feeling yuk it just puts you in a rest and digest phase so your nervous system is not in overdrive. I usually feel great afterwards, just very calm relaxed and unbothered by life generally.
